Should I cut down now????

My plants were left with a friend that left the pump running continuous and put veg in during bud. There was extra stretching and missing buds. Self trellised the plants to support buds but not looking good. What do you guys think is it complete loss.

Looks like they have a ways to go yet. I guess if you wanna give up on 'em, there's always the bubble bags...

I would try and salvage 'em.

Two weeks apparently about on week eight should I add a couple more weeks?

I have finished out worst looking plants than those. Those surly do not look like they are on week 8 of flower. I would keep at it....
