Should I cut the yellow leaves off?

Yeah, I saw that was your first question. I get why some would say leave them so as not the stress those things any more. I personally would take them off. I would consider half dead leaves as more a drain then benefit to the plant so if it is 50% dead or more I would take it off. This would give the healthier parts of the plant more nutrients. You could also clean up half of them and leave the other half alone to see which ones come back faster as a learning experience.
So i went and did it. Here's what we look like now.

Cool, now see how they all react. Give things a couple days, they should bounce back if you have your other issues dialed in. Being photo period plants none of this should effect much except the amount of time it takes to get them healthy enough and big enough to flip to flower.

Couple things I will bring up after reading this thread start to finish. Good cannabis watering technique is the most important thing to learn. Flood each pot until it runs out the bottom in a decent volume, now wait until the pot is lite and they almost look wilted, water heavy again, repeat. Next stop adjusting your Ph in soil unless your water is toxic and if it is get a RO system.

So here is how they look today. Some are on there 5th and 6th set of leaves should I start LST on those ones yet?
In soil you should water slowly until your pot is really heavy. Only water again when it is light.
There was no runoff so I'm pretty sure I didn't over water them this time.
You should have at least 20% runoff. Measure the ec of the runoff so you can be sure you don't have a nute lockout. You dont have to water with drain every time but i would suggest it every second time.
