Should I Do It?

Are you going to be residing in this newly constructed grow room? Or you just looking for a small place to rent just for growing?

Since we are already past the idea of NOT growing with this friend of yours, lets try to help you decide whats the best decision for you.

So you cannot grow where you are living now..are you paying rent? If so can you afford to rent/lease another place?

If so, then a 1 bedroom would be good. Why get a 3 bedroom when your only interest will be with one room.
Ive also seen some nice setups with studio flats and converting the bath tube into a flood n drain holding more then 30 plants in a SOG style setup under 2 1000 w lamps.

Outdoor season is picking up, Its not too late to throw some babies out. You wont get 8ft tree's but they will turn out good. This will give you something to grow for the next few months, and then give you time to organize a well thought out plan for indoo growing.

are your intentions just for personal use, or do you wanna make enough back to break even or pay the bills?
thats an excellent idea already tried after first and just to many variables like storms deer rabbits and foxes round here just wanna get this thing going but dont wanna get it in the rear with no lube

There's always chicken wire or similar to keep animals from eating your plant...human presence should be something of more concern I would say...

if indoors i would not live in this place but would stop in daily for a few hours(4-6)
I would get an small 1 bedroom apt. Use good filters and vents thou.

The reason i recommend this, is if your in a town house, Its alot more noticeable seeing in and out, and easier to raising suspicion. The 'hood watch association is alot more organized with home owners then with people leasing an apt.
There is so much traffic going in and out at an apartment complex, that you might just blend in.
Also apartment agencies are a bit more abiding by the rules. I paid for having a dog years before actually having one , just cause the apt cannot come in without me being here and a 24 hr notice which is always needed anyways, because of having a dog, yea it cost me 400 on a deposit, but i cannot price personal safety.

So Look into a 1 bd room apartment in a complex.

+ everything you said has a preventive measure to combat it.

Everything is gonna take work, and some plans, regardless of indo or outdo.
