Should i do scrog or not???

Im gonna be growing 2 plants in a 2'x2'x5' box and i was thinking about trying scrog but i dont know how hard it is or if its even gonna help. So if you have any experiance with scrog can you please help me out? How much more will my yeild increase if i do scrog rather than just regular grow? Oh and my light is 150w hps. Thanks in advance

You'd be better off using 1 plant for scrog in that size area. A 150w HPS doesn't penetrate very deep, so a scrog would be more beneficial than growing out the plant normally.
