Should I feed nutes after transplanting?

Well I just transplanted some plants into some organic soil and it looks a little dry so my question is should I continue my normal feeding and just feed it nutes or should I just use plain water to get the soil moist? I figure the nutes will help the plant rebound quicker but I don't know if this is the case.

srry idk much bout growin as u can c im in the noobish area.....but i guess they took down my thread on which we wer talkin n i think that we should talk a little more so we can arrange sumtin.....(srry 4 writing in ur thread like dis)

Ok if you are going to water with nutes make sure it is rooting formula or rooting horomone, If you dont have any I would hold off on using strong nutes. Personally I use sea weed extract and foliar feed the plants wile they work on their root system.

my advice would be-dont use any nutes, just to be shure.just water with regular water and after 3 days your plant should be strong in a new place to get some nutes.

i had this same question also, wen foxfarm was got i guess the guy at the hydro store said dont use nutes for 30days after transplanting?! bare with me, im new lol

I use "Thrive Alive" which is basically a Kelp extract and it seems to do my plants some good.

I don't think it's all that necesary if you don't damage them during transplant.

When I transplant I use "Pre-moisened" soil (just barely) and an already watered plant. Then just act like nothing happened as far as the feeding schedual goes.

Always make sure the medium is wet when you transplant keep the roots stimulated so they dont dry out and die back.

After the initial watering and transplant let the containers dry out very good so the roots will stretch out in search for water and continue this a few times until you see them reach the walls od your new containers.

If your organic soil is properly amended you don't need to feed for a while. I put some sour D clones in Promix HP I fed 1 feed 450 ppm 5.9 pH, when the pots are light water only, then fed again 560 ppm 6.2 pH. I gave them a lil drink 2 days ago when they looked like this

in about 3 weeks I'll trans to 5 gal with amended. I suggest water only for a few days and if you feed give some bio root or something root food. What you got in your soil?

Your plants looks nice I’m transplanting into 5 gallons. Your saying just ph water and some roots excels. No Nutes right?
