Should I harvest?

I have one Sativa plant that is on its 10th week in the flowering cycle...the buds have pretty much all filled out with crystals, and they've went from clear to milky white, a few ambering. Some of the hairs are still whiteish, some are orange/brown. My light has had it, and only works for about 10-15 mins then goes off for a good while, then comes on....I was wondering if I should just go ahead and harvest the plant, since the light is pretty much done for.

sounds like its still little early but if the light isnt even coming on go ahead or buy a new light

Well I cant afford a new light until next month...
And yeah, I can tell its early, but I'm outta ideas.

from what you said about your trichomes, you could definately harvest, and from what you said about your light, if you can't fix the light now harvest...don't leave your plants in a crazy photo-period like that, they don't like that.

Okay. I guess its time to cut her down then...
