Did you top her at the 5th set?works good for us,if we are late I will top at the 9th set.
Let her grow and just before the flip, take the lower(lolly pop section)and make your new clones.

I topped at like the 3rd node i think then again at the 5th.. and last night i started lst .. my plant is only 6 inches tall I'm trying to start training while it's young. . And i plan to flower when it's about 1 1/2 feet tall so I'm trying to get my baby as bushy as possible

Try super cropping the main stem this is my mother plant I supper cropped and continued too super crop while in veg.
I usually do any stress training before the lights are off so they won't be busy with photosynthesis and focus on recovery faster. When you super crop you send a stress hormone (auxins) to the other bud sites to be the top flower so it has a better chance of being pollinated ,thats a brief explanation but its another beautiful mechanism that this plant had developed!!

this is a mother plant but you see the results of super cropping

i agree im about to post some pics of our room, and supercropping is great, just pinch the stem till ya feel a pop bend the top whatever way ya want .,magic in few day got 3 tops where ya had one .less stress to plant also. .

perhaps concentrate on getting it looking more green/vibrant
looks like it may of been over watered and getting a bit hot
leaves do not look lush like they should they look dehydrated

After looking at the pic again I agree with skunkd0c the plant does look thirsty its not really good to put a plant through more stress(training) when it needs water ,also those cfl lights might be a little too close which means the plant is using more water.

The plant will only get worse unless he corrects it, those dry dehydrated yellowing leaves are not a good sign

Agree ^^^ Soil/Medium does look a bit dry..well from Pic..You do need CFL close but You got have some Air-Flow too, don't know IF you got any fans blowing in Grow Cupboard? What are your Temps like? Don't forget you need to give Lady chance to recover from all these various techniques You are using?

Hope She picks up

Oh, You could cut the Bottom leaves down in Size(say 1 3rd off from the Tip) But Gal does need as many as possible...what collects the Energy for Growth init..

What should i do
How often are you watering it ?
what type of soil is that ?
looks like the cfls are heating up the air around the plant too much, try to get temps down

don't spray it, only water the soil, its a small plant it most likely only needs watering every 3-4 days
its too small to be that yellow because of lack of nutes, so i would not feed it just yet

the yellow and the look of the texture of the leaves, looks like it is getting cooked by hot air
the soil looks dry, if you were under watering it, you would see it flop or wilt slightly
its ok to let it wilt slightly before you water it again , that is better than over watering it
which fucks up the roots ,
