Yea i think i did over water it so i haven't watered in like 3 days and won't water until the soil is dry i kno i fucked that up should i back my cfls away? 
should i lollipop my plant in veg?

Also I do have a fan blowing directly on it. . Im not sure what the temp is in the closet but it's not hot. . Well at least i don't think it's hot at all. . I will try anything you guys tell me I'm just trying to get better so i am very open minded

All you can really do is raise the lights since you said you don't know what the exact temps are and give a good water if the medium is dry until you get runoff with 1/4 dilution rate of just your base nutrient or plain PH'd water and WAIT, there is nothing you can do that will show a instant change!!!

Ok gotcha I'm about to raise the lights now and i just ordered some nutes i just gotta wait for ups to drop them off n i will do that too. .

so i raised my lights n redid my lst.. does it look better? And i kno my leaves are yellowing but I'm waiting for my nutes to come in. . I chose organic cuz cuz im still a newb after this plant I'm going to go with gmb n a+b

Also the leaves are yellowing but they're not as yellow as they look in the pics idk y my pic came out like that maybe cuz all of the lights

Yeah the lights can tint your Pics, I found holding a snapped of Sunglasses in front of the Camera lens can help, If it was heat build from CFLS now you've backed em off a bit should improve..go Easy with the Nutes, Soil feeds for the 1st IDK? 3-6wks depending on Brand, Type etc..and don't give em a full dosage of Nutes, build up to it.. Thermometers(cheap green house, or Baby rooms) gotta have 1 dude...

Stop training til you got her growing lush... save it for when you got something to train... I'm gonna hazard a guess that you are past 3-4 weeks from germ-- your plant is starving... feed it.

I will feed it my nutes should b here in 2 days .. N scroll up the nutes i got r in the pic they're organic. . I got those cuz im still a newb next grow ima use gmb

If you're short on vert. height-- I would veg (no training) til it hits that height limit... THEN Supercrop everything as low as you'd like-- to get some vert. height back... then veg. a bit more-- then flip to flowering.
You'd get on with it a Lil faster-- instead of training while small/young... g'luck!

Which doesn’t sound Too much...Never used Nirvana..Yet...have been using their Over Drive and Bud Factor X..which I'm pretty pleased with..just gonna pop over and have a look at A.N.

Im so scared to supercrop cuz knowing me id fuckin break the shit n end up crying lol I'm looking for a YouTube before or link to show me the easiest way too supercrop .. cuz im not really sure how u twist a branch with out destroying the outside of the stem

Round about that I think, but also go on what your eyes tell you and the Info you have...what kinda medium/soil are they in? like I said it will feed for X amount of Weeks(unless it like BioBizz Light Mix) I tend to mix up smaller amounts until plant gets to a certain size(When small you only giving a little watering at a time) I have found empty 2L Spring or fizzy Water bottles filled with Tap-water and stood for a day at Grow Room-ish Temp and then just 2-2.5ml/L or However much depending on what it is and says on Label...With Grow Nutes I tend to start at half dose for say 1st 2x feeds then slowly build it up depending on age and look of Gal
