Should I remove runoff from water tray if I’m growing organic?

but using, eg, an electric torchlight stuffing a fresh bud into a bonghead, it still gets you high. because the resin is outside, once in touch with the flame it decarbs, evaporates, bingo

Yes. And I'm still not getting even a slight buzz so I know something is wrong.

By runoff I am assuming you mean water that has drained out of pots into a suspended tray.. If the plant is sitting IN the runoff as long as its not flooded out you can let the plant drink it back up no problem in Soil.

Well that's wat I'm hoping my plants do. Right enough if water runs right threw obviously good airation but don't let them sit in a pool of run of too long you will end up with root rot cause the soil will be constantly soaked so little bit ok too much get rid of it and give tent a clean out
