Should i top or transplant first

I have this seedling that is about 3-4weeks old .. possibly blue dream
In happy frog soil .. no nutes yet


So what next step should I take I'm thinking something like

1.top just above the 3rd node..
2.Wait 1 week
3.then transplant into 1 gallon
,Soil mix will be happy frog and 3 tbs of dr.earth veg bag and EWC for transplant and dash of mycos
4. Use dr.eartg all purpose1-1-1 pump and grow weekly

how deep should I plant up too the cotyelodns?

I would transplant now, bury about half that stem...

Got it I'll transplant into 1 gallon with the soil mix I mentioned should he good right?. What bout topping should I wait for another3 nodes for 6 nodes and top after 3rd or 4th node?

Wait a little after transplant, then top where you want... No need wait for more growth..

I agree with HydoDan wait a week or more after transplanting to allow the plant to settle in before topping. Good luck.

Alright got it I'll take care of the transplanting for now and wait the week before topping ..

Topping seems to be the first thing new growers want to try. And that's ok. But is the plant destined for a pot or the ground?

If it's going in the ground, it's safer to not top it until you're ready for more maintenance. If it's for a pot, then go ahead and have fun.
