Should i top or wait ?

How many sets of leaves do you need before you top a plant?
I do it around this size or a bit smaller. when the stem thickens up a bit so it doesn't stress much

wait for these little guys by the arrows to grow out more then cut in the space that reads cut here, then strip off whats growing below those two branches. but you need those branches to grow out more to where you can see an actual little branch not just a leaf tip growing. Is the for the mainlining technique?

If he cuts there as well as shown in your picture he could just throw that top half and try and clone it :p might get lucky!

well those little branches need to grow out more. by that time he may be able to take a clone as well but it would be better to have the branches already out with leaves to help the plant get going. topping then stripping below those two branches before the side shoots are out will slow down the plant significantly.

I wouldn't strip anything at this point. Just top or FIM above the last node. Never strip anything getting light, IMO. If you want a clone, wait until you have two more nodes.
