Have you pinpointed what’s wrong first? It looks like she’s hungry. What’s she being fed and how frequent is she fed/watered?

I leave them until they are completely dead or are a potential attraction to pests or mold or whatever. Even though those leaves might look ugly, they are still taking in light and powering the plant.

I have - did a flush I was following a soil nutrient chart instead of a dwc, so I flushed and we are back to where we should be....I think
