should you cover seeds?

I planted my seeds in rapid-rooter plugs, placed in a little tray and covered with a big baggie. After a day the baggie is full of condensation. Is this right or wrong? I have used jiffy plugs that come with the little dome cover but not for weedseed and I dont remember all the moisture forming?? So please help, gonna go hit one and come back in a bit, Thanks guys and gals

that is what you want!! seedlings love the moisture!! I alsways keep it on until first sign out of soil!! good luck
