One thing I've picked up by reading threads like this one.
Newbies always talk about allowing light to get to the buds, by tucking the leaves below, or even removing the leaves. It's not like the plant knows what she is doing, right? Newbies know better! I guess that is what we call "bro-science."
Let me tell you, it's the leaf that needs the light. Then when the plant is finished with that leaf, it will die off. Maybe then the bud below it will need the direct light. You will get the best bud by growing a healthy plant, and not causing the plant any unnecessary stress. Every time we snip something, it causes stress, and the plant uses energy to repair itself. I want my plants to use their limited energy to produce fine bud.
