LOL dude I've had top shelf from dispensaries in Denver. I've had other top shelf or loud from all over. My stuff will go toe to toe with anything I've had in the last 6 years or so from lots of sources. I'm sure there is something out there better, but damn. At what point is there for you to pursue anything different when your satisfaction levels are already over the top. I try different strains. And I'm telling you. When you've got the basics down weed is so easy to grow and adaptable to a reasonable environment that's it's almost hard to mess it up. Assuming of course you start with good genes.

If you want to share pics of your results that you are so so proud of, please feel free to do so. I love bud porn and would love to see it.

I can setup distinct grades of herb using clones by light quality...

1. Sun (in a ideal region)
2. Cob with uv
3. Cob
4. Hps
5. Blurple, t5, cfl

My shades have been lifted. And all is clear..clear enough at least..

Blurple compete with the sun. Never. Blurple will be low grade hay. Blurple with white and uvb....maybe. Personally I wouldn't waste my time trying.

You enjoy growing with blurple...wonderful. Invested in r/b lights already, great, continue with results that satisfy you. Recommend it while knowing there are better options for future farmers....thats just misleading and wrong.

Yeah whatever dude. Seriously. It's weed. It's easy to grow. It's a hardy plant that adapts well to indoor conditions. Not worth all of this drama being spewed because some think it's like rocket science to grow weed. Nothing scientific about this thread at all. We're all just guys that grow weed. No real education required. No super secret skills required. Nothing special about it at all. Not an accomplishment. No we didn't invent anything or refine any methods or share any kind of special information to change the world. We all just pick different methods and achieve the results we seek. Nothing to be especially proud of here. Anybody can do it. It's just weed. Grown for dimes a gram.

You have leds that give leds a bad name. White power all day for me and I'm black lol now time for me to go into dick mode on you

So then why even go to LED? you could have just stayed with CFl or T5's right...If you are so against making a change from blurple to something else,........ Why did you even switch in the 1st place......legitimate question.....

I understand. I bought into the Platinum LED claims from 420mag with all the bullshit ass paid reviewers. That was the difference though, users here putting up these numbers PAID and BUILT their lights which should tell you they work. I was just like you a few months ago, skeptical. I dumped $650 total into my DIY LED lights with no real clue whether or not they would be worth it. I knew after about 3 weeks into flower that they were worth it. The sad thing is, I was more skeptical of these Cree COBS than I was the PlatinumLED P450 as I was so let down from the P450.

And for all these people talking about "quality", you can produce high quality with quantity. In reality, those words go hand in hand with growing good green. Quantity comes from the flowers packing on weight giving you tight dense nugs which is a result of good lighting. IMO, you cant have high quality flowers without dense tight buds. While "blurple" lights will grow good plants with quality, you cant say that you prefer them because of the "quality". The entire premise of LED is to lower energy costs by utilizing less wattage and cooling power. So why wouldnt you want more quantity with each grow if you want LED? Seems counter-productive to move to a lamp that only produces "quality" and not "quantity" as you will have to double up on your runs just to get the weight that some are getting from 1 grow (which means double the running cost).

I think what's going on here is you guys have very little self confidence. Because you're not living a well rounded life you've become obsessed with the idea that growing is some kind of miracle achievement. Because you just aren't really living a satisfying life. When in fact anybody can grow weed and achieve fantastic results. It's so simple and cheap, like a few dimes a gram. Come on. You can't be all like you've done anything great. It's just weed. I mean, the industry is on fire and has been for several years. Breeders, nute companies, hydro stores, dispensaries etc. It's exploding everywhere and because EVERYONE is doing it. Sorry guys, it doesn't make you anymore special than anyone else. You sound like noobs for real. Just saying.

Dude. I didn't change. I experiment. I still use them all except the broken induction light. I've also done hydro and soil. It's about experimenting with different methods.

Doesn't matter. The end result has always been successful. Because weed is so easy to grow and adaptable to different conditions. It's just weed bro.
