Same, I’d never flowered out males before and was pretty excited when those turned out like that. That pack of booty has been very interesting, many expressions. I’m on the fence if I want to keep any cuts long-term; really good herb and stud males, but I don’t know if any are as good as some of my other keepers for my personal tastes. Still have a cut of the no 7, no 8, and no 13 for now.
No 7 is very resinous and has more of a cheesy cologne whiskey barrel smell and really nice relaxing effect.
The no 8 is the black afghan or 88g13hp leaner, shortest by far, and doesn’t have much smell and the trichs are sandy/gritty and not sticky at all, weirdest thing. still want it in the seed-pool though so I’ll have to flower and pollinate it. It hits as hard and fast as just about anything I’ve tried though, so has value.
The no 13 is more of a SourD leaner, more pungent sour musky cologne smell and nice strong effect.
I had some strong structured males in the pack of Hunza valley 91 that I’ve put on several things as well. My no 6 keeper female from that pack of HV91 is some of the most outstanding herb I’ve come across in 10 years. Great bud structure, and smells like a grilled onion burger stuffed into a tennis ball. Flavor tops about anything and the effects may just be my favorite. Very potent, puts you on the verge of laughter, and can take you either way, uplifting or relaxing. Incredible pedigree.
