Showing sex early

Hey guys new to this forum and new to this pass-time. (the growing part not the smoking part). I've been looking for a post with this question already answered but cant for the life of me find a post where its brought up. My problem/question is that I have a plant under 24 hour light maybe a month into veg and its shown its sex already. I dont mind or anything seeing as how shes a female, but I just wanted to know if the early signs of sexing were from stress or what?

usually means shes ready, but id take her off the 24 and she what she does on 18/6 before even thinking about flowering, good luck brotha

well thats good news at least, but can I keep her in veg longer if I want or will she just go right into flowering?

congrats man! you got her on her way real fine. It is my understanding that the time to flowering is motly a genetic thing so you had her on 24/0 and she raced thruogh to that point. seems to me that you can continue to vege if you like but she's gonna do mostly what her genetic map is telling her....I'm not sure if there is a point when to max the production, you will have to go to the alternate light cycle. most people (me included) are too busy waiting for preflower...to ask you question...hahahaha....continued good luck..I'll be watching for the sidelines.
