Hey @ODanksta . Are you finding yourself a little out of breath from the altitude change? I've always felt a little tired when traveling to New Mexico because of the height. I wonder if people from CO or NM feel like superman when they come down to sea level? Never thought of that before...

Yeah the first day was really bad. But it slowly gets better. But yeah walking back up and down to basement sucks. You do run out of breath quickly. But falling asleep is a breeze because you always feel tired. My truck is slower too. In texas if I smashed the gas it would burn out. But not here lol, unless you're on ice..

Everything also takes longer to cook.. The brisket is still cooking. So for a 15lb brisket is going to take a total of 22 hours .
