lion's mane, shiitake, or oyster are a pretty good place to start. shiitake is a bit
more co2 tolerant, but they take 75-90 days to start fruiting after inoculating the
substrate. lion's mane or oyster take about 2 weeks to start producing, with
oyster being the higher yielder.

i hope you've been recycling your spent subs into compost or feeding them
to worm bins! spent cubensis substrate is pure magic for plants IME, especially
if you used some bran and coco coir in the sub.

Thanks for the tip! I've just been throwing them in a dirt pile.

I have more space now and planned on composting this spring. Want to switch my garden to organic soil instead of coco hydro.

Here's the real harvest though... Burn site morels!!

That's the back of a station wagon with the seats down.. the front passanger seat is stacked. also another 50lbs worth in other bags just outside the car. Was a great 2 days.

ok last one for now.. Maybe my favorite find ever. Not edible but still. Boletus parasiticus growing on a scleroderma.. god I love fungi. Thank you @ColoHead

That would be rad, spent shroom substrate mixed into marijuana organic soil man that sounds great! Even better would be to just have the shrooms growing out of the weed buds lol
