my two favorite ways were dried eaten straight and fine powdered folded into 60% cacao at a rate of 10/1, if you haven't tried good chocolates I highly recommend them.
Make sure you pulse grind to keep the temp down but powder it flour fine. Heat 60% cacao dark chocolate chips in a double boiler at around 110 F, I usually used the microwave in 30 second intervals.
Once the chocolate is liquid slowly fold in the powder, ten grams chocolate to one gram powder. Adding a tiny bit at a time keeps clumps from forming, just gently fold it in until its as smooth as possible. Take 11 grams per gram you wanna eat, the trip is very smooth.
