got me, your right. its like pot in where technically thc can kill you but you cannot od unless u smoke like 3lbs in 15 min or something like that i guess.

Except weed is pretty much impossible to OD on. If you were really determined to OD on shrooms Id bet you could do it, assuming the lethal dose is similar to rats. If you were to take a more potenet species with say 11mg/g of psilocybin, all you would have to do is make a tea with about 2.5 pounds of shrooms to kill a 100 lb person

Mushies have approximately 0.5-2% psilocybin in dry shrooms.
LD50 (Mice): 285 mg/Kg IV
I weigh 70kg, it would take approximately 19,950mg (19.95 grams) of psilocybin to kill me. If 2% of mushrooms is psilocybin, then it would take approximately 9,975 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms to kill me.
^ that's all statistics though.
