OP, Hit up the shroomery and use that search engine. (theirs actually works) And just start gathering what you need (info and equipment) and have a plan. There are so many teks and variations on them. I am just starting too, and figured go the "safer" pf tek for inoculation. but I plan on doing a PMP, SGFC and maybe a mono. (2 ways to fruit cakes, and a bulk)...Like you im not a big tripper so I am taking my time. Its been a fun hobby so far. cant wait to see the results...good luck.

No finer hobby, explore the world of decomposers and you find the sublime. On a recent trip i did some wine tasting. Before i left i got a quarter pound of heavily truffled imported from italy. We brought the cheese to every tasting and paid nothing at any winery. A few tiny slices at each was plenty. My oysters a marvelous treat

Oysters are my own variety. The truffle cheese is heaven at about eighty bucks a pound but marbled with black summer truffles. That got us the reds, the guitost got us the whites. "What would you pair this with" usually brought out the owners. Fun time but for some technical glitches and a stupid tour of hearst castle.

The indoor pool was like a snapshot of a moderate acid trip.

Im proud of you ty, trying to expand your mind. Also glad to see yopu want to grow the first mushrooms you take, just like i did. If you do not have a small group of people who take their tripping seriously to take them with it might get boring after going at it alone for a while, at least it did for me. I kinda stopped after a year and a half of not being able to find people to trip with and tripping once a month or so.
If youre serious about it pm me and ill tell you how i effortlessely grow enough mushrooms to throw away about 2 pounds every 2 months. lol i stopped drying them after a while. Fresh is the tits anyways.

Fresh is the way they were meant to be used. But that requires an ongoing, if not large operation. To thhe op, my sticky is one of the easiest way to get enough for oneself and some friends who are interested in enlightenment.

I posted that tec because i always rag on pf and it isnt right to do so while offering no alternative.

You are right. I like growing inside plastic boesx and have two on the go one started 2 or 3 weeks after the other, About 3 or 4 weeks after the first flush i will have 5 flushes in total plus when the second tub gets started the later fllushes of tub one coincide with the first flushes of said box compensanting for diminished yield of last 2 flushes. Fuck me i think the reason i stopped growing really is cause i got actually scared! of the mushrooms. I once got i think a 6th flush of absolute monsters. Pretty sure i threw that box away with fear.
Anyways with two boxes on the go the times i bothered drying i was getting just under 1kg and couldnt give it away if i wanted to. I like the boxes for when growing out crosses too cause you get a nice view of the spectrum and chose which to clone.

What does lafh mean? And maybe I worded it wrong. I have a stand alone hepa filter that runs constantly in my flower chamber (allows me to flush up to 5 times with no problems) and then another one that I use as I flow hood for doing grain transfer.
