Sick Plants (Pictures Inside) Please give me a hand! Thanks

Here is the baby, i think its nutes burn.. so as precaution i've already flushed it.
Auto Northern Lights, Flowering Week 2 and a half.
Feed with "FlowerTabs" half when started flowering.
I changed this plant to a bigger pot.. so i guess that was the reason of the over fertilizing.. but i would like someone to take a look and let me know for sure.

Those leaves look like indian head dress feathers. Ive never seen that happen, sorry.
