So should I put the light back to 60 percent power to get temperature up to 80-82 .For one, Id get the temps back up top 80f-82f. And theres basically no such thing, as too much fresh air exchange. Shoot to get all you can.
A bit higher temps, will help the plants metabolize faster, using more food, and water.
Also looks like they may have the beginnings of Calcium Deficiency.
What are you feeding?
Many things can look like a deficiency, or overdose ect.
Calcium deficiency, can cause leaf tacoing.
Before raising your light intensity, What is your PPFD at the top of your plants? If your PPFD IS LOW, You can turn up your lights. If it's in range you have to set your lights higher in the tent before increasing the light intensity. So should I put the light back to 60 percent power to get temperature up to 80-82 .
I am giving them
Fox farm grow 10 ml per gallon
Cal mag 5ml
Flora micro 5ml
Hygrozyme 2.5ml
Gave them espom salt 1 week ago for calcium
I really need any advice I can get
Plants are at 450 ppfdBefore raising your light intensity, What is your PPFD at the top of your plants? If your PPFD IS LOW, You can turn up your lights. If it's in range you have to set your lights higher in the tent before increasing the light intensity.
I follow this chart.
It should be ok to turn your lights up to warm up your tent temperature.Plants are at 450 ppfd
That won't solve my problem of the one plant leafs cunning any opinions on that?It should be ok to turn your lights up to warm up your tent temperature.
I'm running my veg at 600 PPFD.
Ppm levels are at 750 run offI’d lean toward magnesium deficiency judging by purple stems, taco leafs, older fan leaves. Also maybe nutrient burn or lockout shouldn’t be ruled out. What medium are you in? Have you checked runoff ph? I run a mixture of promix and perlite and noticed I get magnesium issues with high light intensity coupled with low runoff ph. The epsom salt you added a week ago would have been likely to increase magnesium not calcium. I would foliar spray with epsom and see if you see positive results before examining your nutrient ppm levels.
Do you think I should just flush then if run off is low ?I don’t have a nutrient breakdown for the fox farm grow but I’d say you should look into your nutrients. I use 4-18-39, calcium nitrate, and epsom salt and gh micro which is about the cheapest and most customizable if you want to look into it. There is a few nutrient calculator excel sheets floating around the site perhaps download one and play around. Rough ratios for Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium are critical. Ideally 3:2:1 respectively and closer to 4:2:1 into flowering. Also NPK ratio should be 2:1:3 or 1:1:2(Lucas formula) respectively.
Since it’s one plant right now I’d definitely check runoff ph on a couple and compare. If runoff is on the lower end could be lockout coupled with insufficient ratios.
