signing on a caregiver

I recently found an ad for a caregiver, What is the process of signing on a caregiver? Will he/she need my original copies of my registration form, physicians/doctors form? I am kind of skeptical as to why they need the originals? wouldn't a copy of my card do?

They shouldn't need a copy of your anything. it is a completely separate form that you need to fill out to change caregivers.

You will need to fill out a copy of The change form found at:

The Caregiver will have to fill out the Caregiver's Attestation and provide a copy of this ID to the State.

The fee is $10 in a check or money order made out to "State of Michigan- MMMP", and get ready to wait 5 months for a new card again, lol.

If you haven't mailed in or turned in your paperwork yet, you can change the Application Form and fill out the Caregiver's attestation on that and then send it in when you have it set up to have a caregiver.

Could u please tell me the what i need to do, i have my card and am growing 12 plants. I live with my girlfriend and were getting married soon she is going to get her card tommorow should i be her care giver or should she be her own like i am? We want 24 plants that we both can tend to when i go out of town...

you should always select a caregiver when possible because this gives him/her a card allowing for unquestionable possession of more dried buds (what I mean is that because you will have two cards it will be immediately obvious to any authority that you are allowed to posses 5 oz) greatly enhancing your safety and protection - it is not going to make a difference if you were to be raided or something but if you get pulled over or something without your wife then you would have two cards - ideally you'd want to select a third party as caregiver for both of you so that the amount that can be possessed within your circle of friends is more because if you criss cross it with your wife then if you get raided you could still only have 5oz as opposed to 10. Understand what I mean?
