Signs of reveg?? pics.

this is is a Blue Dream mini mom that had some clones taken off it. and was planted in late April.

It started flowering over two weeks ago with my Strawberry Diesel mini mom.

it is in
-Chicken Manure
-Steer Manure
-natural soil from my backyard.
Southern California

Right now all they're all getting is Fish Emulsion 4-1-1 which i gave them last night.

The Blue Dream (posted bellow) seems to be getting more leaf development and foilage around the bud sights, and seems to be actually growing compared to the flowering Strawberry Diesel.

can anyone tell if these are signs of revegitation is there anything to look for in particular?

Some of the top leaves look a bit mutated, if i'm not mistaken. That's a pretty good sign of reveg.
