silica beads?

would it be possible for silica beads to help dry the weed faster? considering they're used to absorb moisture i dont see why this wouldnt help... just throw a few packets in you drying area, even if it takes a shit ton of them they're super cheap online.

i'm talking about the packets you find it shoes and computer hardware packets that say "do not eat" lol but you can get huge boxes online for dollars

or go to the supermarket and buy a big bag of silica gel kitty litter for 6 dollars

It would speed it up but why waste at least 3 months to get nasty product in the last week.

I was thinking about getting one of these for my grow tent, I am in Zone 9 which is hot and humid and my RH stay about 58%, going into the final month of flower I'd like to get my conditions as perfect as possible and if I could drop the RH by 10-20% that would be ideal,

These use the same type of gel to absorb moisture, I'd use an unscented one of coarse, any comments or suggestions?

PS ~ I'd take it out while drying just to make sure it didn't go too fast!
