I ordered some Botanicare Cal-Mag and AN B-52 to try and keep leaves green longer. I had some brown spots on some yellowing leaves in the last harvest. Assuming it was Cal or Mag deficiency, maybe potasium deficiency. Im not good at detecting deficiencies yet. Hope this stuff helps. Plus even though Sensi Bloom is "PH Perfect" I will be keeping a better eye on PH. Not sure if my PH was low enough to uptake Mag.

What do you guys think?

Pretty sure that the nutz it use is PH perfect aswell, but they lower my PH significantly. Dont know if u have a digital PH meter, if not Ebay got some for like 10$. I Use one from ebay myself and it works ok.. B-52 will do wonders.

just my personal opinion, dont buy a ten dollar ph meter. it will have the reliability and durability of a ten dollar ph meter lol. get one for 30-60 bucks and it will pay for itself in notime. always keep the probe wet and callibrate it biweekly or monthly at the least often.

i would never grow without a ph meter, its like driving blind. even these ph perfect lines can be off and you would never know it.

Thanks dude! I sure hope so. It veg'd for like 79 days or something.

I am harvesting Critical Kush Thursday. I started a flush today. My 1st time flushing before a harvest. I usually just let the nutes stay in the rez till harvest. Gonna see if 4 days of clean water makes a difference.

Critical Kush is pretty much ready to harvest today. Day 49, pretty much all trichs are cloudy, a few barely amber. My cousin likes to trim for me though, which is sweet, I hate trimming. So I decided to do a little flush before then. Harvesting on day 52 of a 50 day strain. The advertised Flower time for Critical Kush is very accurate. From a growing stand point, I recommend it to anyone. By the way, a friend did a side by side grow off. 10 Barney Farm Critical Kush and 10 Dinafem Critical Kush. Dinafem finishes 10 days earlier than Barneys and yielded better. So I never wasted my time with Barneys Farm Critical Kush. Still a good smoke I guess, but like I said from a growers Point of view, this plant was super easy to grow, and Im a newb still learning.

Il post pictures of the harvest. Then Ill give a smoke report too (when its ready)

Im making ISO Hash out of the trimings from a White Widow, Blue Cheese, Bubblegum, AK47, and this Critical Kush. Hopefully some good stuff.

Could you do a wee post on what you done, the weight of leaves and stem you used and the out come of the hash ....

Really interested to see that ...

Thanks dude. Yea Ill do a post on the ISO. I like hash, sometimes I catch myself getting more excited about the hash than the bud.

i just harvested mine and i got a few colas that are bigger than quart jars lol i topped for 4 tops got about 5-6 zips per plant with 7 week veg

Hello there nice job man. What about the silver cheese? it is stuborn huh? Can you tell us some more about this strain? It's a new strain not so many ppl have grown it,i have grown it in the past, it gave little but tha smoke was one of the best!see ya cheers!

It is still in Veg. I messed up and after I topped it, I broke one of the 2 shoots off. I think it stunted it a bit. Also, I dont have enough room in the flower tent since BUKU is so damn big.

So far from what I have learned, Silver Cheese is not nute sensitive. High nutes doesnt burn, low nutes doesnt seem to cause deficiency. It just grows slower with low nutes. Silver cheese is going into flower in the next couple weeks, so Im up to 1200ppm now and no burn. From what I understand about a haze is, it will really get unruly in flower and grow a ton. Wonder if it will be the case with this cross. We shall see. I am excited about the smoke, so updates will come. Flower should be interesting.
