Hi, I am a first time Advanced Nutrient user, and would like positive feedback, from exp A.N. user please :) my line up ... sensi-cal mg mix grow and bloom, piranha,turantula,sensi-zym,big bud, and overdrive. I am using for the main nutrients (this go around with jacks classic grow 20-20-20 diluted by 1/4 ...? < question... and i have jacks classic blossom booster 10-30-20 to be diluted 1/4 as well? <question... used through out the main grow/flower cycle <question .... Im growing in coco (I love coco!) sand/rock, manual water 5gal. bucket /res. Is this a wrap? or am I missing anything, or is there some advice about using the A.N. products, and my main nut. ratio ? open ears! thanks !!!

Wow you got a lot of nutes to work with. I personally have used Micro Grow Bloom from AN and only supplement was Bud Candy. Good results were had. My only advice is dont complicare your feedings. Keep it simple. The plants will thank you for it. You know to many nutes can be worse than not enough...

Wooooord I use the exact same nutes! Haha Jack's Classic 20-20-20 for vegging, and the 10-30-20 for flowering. I'm not really sure what you mean by "diluted by 1/4". The directions on the back will give you some good guidelines. However, the amount of nutes you can use depends on numerous things (i.e. - indoor or outdoor, what kind of lights used if indoors, grow-medium used, size of containers, the strain and overall genetics of the individual plants.) My plants are outside on nice days and inside under cfl's on crappy days, each plant in a large container with potting mix: For "half-strength" I add about 1/4 teaspoon of the nutes to a gallon of distilled water. For "full-strength" I had at least 1/2 teaspoon (if not more). When my plants are old enough to handle nutes, I run them through a cycle (Half-power the first water, Full-power the second water, Half-power the third water, Flush with distilled water on the fourth water.) Make sure you take note how each plant handles the nutes during the first-cycle, and adjust the dosage accordingly. When flushing, make sure you add about 50% to the watering amount (so if you normally add 1 gallon to each container, flush with at least 1.5 gallons).

But with all that being said, I'm pretty sure coco growers are supposed to keep a lower pH than soil growers. But either way, the only way to find-out what dosage is best for YOUR plants is try a cycle. Good Luck! Keep us posted!

word up chad! funny, same recipe...my selection of plants nutes will not encourage me to run silly willy ... i will keep it simple, everything I reasearched and liked, I ended up getting, but the bud candy, maybe there is a home made alternative , anyone? Well I have hard water here, and very alkaline(green), and I noticed the ph trying to creep up, anyone heard of that, or is that normal? I read that jacks classic should be used at 1/4 of the recomended strength though the grow/bloom?

jacks reads like this, outdoors1 tblsp per gal, indoors 1/2 tblsp per gal every other week, or 1/4 tblspn per gal. for everytime you water... I guess that coule be looked at that way =1/4 of full strength.... so its 1/4 tbs. of grow or bloom everytime i water (watching for specific needs per strain... and low nutes at the begining obviously ) Right? I am a little surprised that not more people are using some similar variety of AN products ??? well if everything dose what it claims then im really looking forward to watching all the different stages . I wish I could do one control plant with none of the piranah and one with none of the turantula, etc. etc. and see the results, but as a patient you only get six plants, so its not practical really for me. AN products says,100% (money back) satisfaction if the product dosnt do, what they claim. Thats pretty good! Well I am going to find out!
