I would agree with Bicit, I just like the Cree line because it is what I have most experience with. I have one of the LPC-60-1400 that he is talking about on a 3070 and it works like a charm, I also have a larger meanwell hlg-185h-c1400b. I love the meanwell drivers and highly recommend them. I do have one driver from Fastech that @SupraSPL recommended that is also working like a charm, that driver is running 4 Vero 10sI'd go with the new vero 29's over the CXA 3070. pair each one with rosewill CPU cooler with a meanwell LPC-60-1400 and power the fans with a cell phone charger. 42% efficient, right around $100 to build. The vero line is a little more friendly to a first time DIY build.
