I've did it before but all that happens is the leaves look all fucked up, curly and all twisted when you take off the rubber band.

I can see that everything was on the high side so I decided to flush. The PH is at 7.0 which isn't to bad, but still high. May be going back to hydro after this grow. Soil is a pain to deal with.

Lol most people say soil is easier

I was pretty sure it was overfert. I don't like not knowing. You can do soilless if you like having a dirt like medium but want to control the amount of food available to your plants.

Yea, I didn't expect that soil to be hot. I just cant seem to win with soil lately, well accept of the pineapple express, that was one tough plant. But I'll more than likely be doing hydro next run.

keep spraying until you're sure. some plants will go full male from a few sprays others need to be pounded.

I didn't think this day would come, but after like 3 weeks(I think) the branch has converted.
To bad it made the leaves look like shit.


Here is a pic of what I did to the auto. I bent the main center cola over cause it just kept stretching. I know its hard to tell, but she is doing a lot better since the flush.
The main branch is almost level with the rest of the tops, there are 16 total. I'm good with that.

Here is the blue dream. She is doing very well. I obviously have an indica pheno going.



I think she may be trying to flower. She better not, the auto is taking up too much room in my tent.



All in all, I'm happy with how everything is going. Had a run in with some hot soil, but it seems to be doing a lot better and I refuse to chop off the horrible looking leaves, just means my pics will be limited.

So I had felt bad for my friend cause he has been trying to grow this one plant for like 4 months and all he was using was one of those under the cabinet tube lights, just one. So this is the main reason for building him the light fixture. I had also given him two of my solo cup plants.

Preflowers in veg happen around when the nodes start to alternate. Also many sat dom hybrids have more indica leaves when they're young.

I wouldn't expect the plant to change later on, but then again, I didn't expect my auto to stretch like it did. Now I just need to keep an eye on the sacs forming.

What did you use to build that?

A vanity light fixture, ducting aluminum x 2, self tapping screws, a board to fit the fixture, 1 metal coat hanger.

Do you need me to explain how to build it?

thats pretty brilliant, i thought it was an HID for a serious second there just cuz of the expert hood.
