This is Ski Patrol from 303 Seeds in Denver. Wild West x Ski Train. Popped 4 beans out of a 12 pack, no problems with germination. All four went into an organic peat moss blend and look good. Pretty vigorous so far.

This is all four kids at about 10 days. Pretty uniform so far. More very soon.

Here are shots of the foursome at about 2.5 weeks. Stretching out nicely and 3 of 4 appear pretty uniform.

Looks like they are off to a great start. I'm subbed for the duration.

Have you tried any 303 gear before?

I haven't run any of their seedstock until now, as their first batch was just released for sale in August. I know the testers from one caregiver turned out amazing, so I'm hopeful for similar results.

Some shots of the foursome here at a little over a month. The first three are relatively uniform in growth, the fourth you can see is much shorter and has topped itself. Waiting on sex now...:peace:

That one that "topped itself" is interesting. Did the stem break, or did it just start growing like that?

It just started growing like that. More development on the lateral branches than the others in this group and multiple heads from node 4.

I've got a confirmed female now! So we have at least one, I'm happy. I think 2 others have male preflowers, but I'll put them in the bloom room for a week or two to make sure. The strange self topping plant is the only one not showing sex yet.

Here are a couple pics of the confirmed Ski Patrol chick. I topped her, so the second pic shows the new tops and huge happy green leaves!

So just the one female out of this batch. She was flipped about a week ago, starting to stretch out here. The Wild West mom used in this cross was also a super stretchy sativa phenotype, so it will be interesting to see how much stretch this has.

Dude, how happy are you that Al Davis is dead? And why was everybody all weepy? Seriously, one of my really good friends in Denver is from Oakland and goes by the tag Raiderman when we play trivia. Nice avatar too. Shit you rock, other than the raider fan thing:mrgreen:. Go Broncos!

Heres an update for you Ballzac, sorry for the delay!
Some serious stretch with this, she's at about 3.5 feet now in a two gallon bag. This is day 16 of flower. I flowered her at about 2 feet, so looks like at least 2.5x stretch here, which is less than the Wild West mom, so we got the Ski Train heavy pheno! Resin production just started, so I'm excited to see this go. I'm also running Wild West, the mother of this strain done by Union of 303, so I'll throw some pics of that in at some point as well.

My raider buddies are in their 50's and 60's and loved Al back in the day, just not in the last decade or two. True NFL dude to the core though...and did it his way no matter what.

Some of the best medicine out there came from someone's accidental herm sperm...so you could just have the next Chemdawg or Sour Diesel...both of which are said to be herms.

This is at 26 days and we've got lift-off! This chick is about 5 feet tall now, so about a 2.5x stretch. She was flowered in a 2 gallon bag, that isn't full, so if you put this strain in something big you could easily be looking at a 10 footer. Long running sativa style buds that are starting to put on some trichomes now. I am really enjoying how fast this girl grows...not a lot of scent profile yet, but what is there reminds me of the Wild West.

This is at 50 days. Starting to really pack on weight, the branches are struggling to hold up the huge arms of bud already. I can't wait to see her in a few more weeks! This Ski Patrol girl is looking like a very good producer for a 70% sativa strain. Excellent frost and a nice sweet candy aroma is developing also. I'm assuming we're going to about 9 weeks on this based on growth so far.

Ok, here we are a few days from chop. This is at 65 days here, and I'm going to let her go 70 before harvest. I harvest in the dark, so this will likely be the last you see before the smoke report.

Super stretchy...got to about 5 feet after starting bloom at about 1.5 feet. She's got some amazing arms of bud, with really nice crystal production. The smell is sweet and fruity, developed a nice sweet stink to it in weeks 8 and 9. She needs support, even more support than she is getting out of the tomato cage I had her in. I didn't expect a 3x stretch though...thought it would be more like 2x, but that's the beauty of growing from seed! Yield is fantastic on this genotype for a mostly sativa. A improved yield over the Wild West mom for sure, and the terpene profile has so much more fruit and sugar!

I'll be back with a smoke report eventually! :fire:

She looks fine BP. That's some serious stretch there. I'd need to give her the old turban wrap to grow her out in my height challenged flower room. I can't wait to year the smoke report.

Thanks! Serious stretch...but that was to be expected from this one.

I forgot to mention that this girl was grown in a test tent under just a 400w HPS. It makes it more impressive to me that she did that well with that little light as a sativa heavy hybrid. I can't wait to see what this genotype will produce under 1000w lights!
