Skin...

I am a pretty heavy smoker and I am wondering if it has anything to do with the less than peachy skin I have been noticing lately. Or am I being over paranoid about loose skin that may only be visible to me? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

It depends on what you are smoking! Lest that sound like a flippant comment, be assured there's not much I haven't smoked and even less I wouldn't!

Loose skin .... Only visible to you? My balls are pretty wrinkly too. I wouldn't sweat it.

lol....the comment my balls are wrinkly too made me LOL....

Anyway, I smoke ONLY marijuana, but I smoke between 3.5 - 5 grams per day on average. I am in my 30's and feel like I look like I'm 10 years older at times! I stay out of the sun and I have recently lost a ton of weight which I know is also making me look older. Anyway, I have been looking into how to tighten skin and think I may actually try this mineral bath for at least my body. Not sure what I am going to do for my face as of yet though. Any other suggestions of things to try would be helpful, I don't wnat to go under the knife.

Skin tightening is a sham. If it's free, OK. But don't spend anything real. Unless it's to stop smoking.
