Skinny Leaves?

I planted a few seeds a while back and only 2 sprouted. They're both bagseed, so I'm not sure what strain they could be, but now they're looking quite different in the leaves.

on one the leaves are very skinny, but development seems to be matching the more normal looking one.

Is this normal? or is this some sort of mutant?

I added some closeup pictures of the skinny plant at 4 days and at 5 days. As you can see it's growing. Actually it's developing new leaves already, faster than the healthy seedling.

No two seeds are the same. They're all are different, even seeds from the same strain have variances.
