sleeping in the same room as tent health question

biggest concern would be doing your measurements making sure everything fits in your room and where you plan to leave it and access it and if your happy with your bedroom layout. i had the hardest time doing mine due to my 55gal aquarium and ceiling fan but since i really don't care what my room looks like i make it work my layout is decent kind of tight but i have to keep a lot of my gardening shit in my room because my grandpa throws my gardening shit away if i leave it in the garage just my vermicompost going on.

i don't exhaust my tent into my room cause if i did it would be much hotter despite the outside air is cooler then inside plus i only have 1 fan setup. i'd literally need to run an AC to properly drop temps for growing needs but other then that you get used to it. i like the noise tbh cause it helps me sleep at night i tend to keep my computer running all night with something on youtube since i don't have cable in my room

i used to grow in my bedroom closet before i got the tent but without a fan. that was kind of hell because the lights is just shining in my face all the time and i didn't really have a exhaust i used a air purifier for air circulation and that thing is just as loud as my AC infinity

Have a question about venting to outside. Does the negative pressure doing that causes make your central a/c unit cooling your home work noticeably harder? Thinking about outside venting myself.

I can't see where it would work any harder than venting the hot air in to your house.

Its generally easier for your a/c to cool a sealed room than it would in a room with a constant exhaust, if your room has negitive pressure with a split than it for sure will make your unit work harder due to the room pulling more air than it recieves.
 
Yea, that's why I was wondering, because you're exhausting 200+ cfm of cooled air outside while house fights to replenish and cool it.
 
I'm here to learn. Please explain how venting air that could be lets say 120° and replacing it with 90° air from outside of the home would be harder on the AC than dumping the 120° air back in to the home and try to cool it.

If the room air is 120f than your a/c isn't doing its job, its that simple. Could be undersized or defective, either way venting wouldn't be the solution.

I grew in a 10x10 room for two years with a 1000w HPS and never had an issue keeping 65-75f with a 10a/120v window unit.

I didn't say the room air was 120°. I said if you were exhausting 120° air. My exhaust runs through mt HID light making my air exhausted from my tent very warm. Anyway, I talked to a friend in the heating and cooling biz and it all depends on your tent temp/humidity and the outside air/temp that will be brought in to replace the exhausted air. When he ran my numbers I'm better off venting outside.

Sealed hoods work great, im not sure of your opening question? You either need an a/c or you dont and if you do, seal it up.

My exhaust fan vents into my bedroom. I like getting filtered O2 rich air in my living space. Like Kul...I solved the noise issue with fan selection. I use a Panasonic whisperline.

I wish we could scatter weed plants around like house plants. I have a closet in my bedroom but no way to exhaust it.

Bilateral hearing aids. Years of blowing off noise back then. Playing in a band. Guns. Straight pipes on bikes. People curse government but most people wouldn’t be any more aware now than we were then were it not for OSHA. I worked in a lot of shops and hearing protection and breathing apparatus was never around. Safety glasses only so you didn’t miss work from an injury.

Hey Deadhead,
Just vent the exhaust into your bedroom. That room I assume has a door and windows. Plenty of air exchange options...at least for a small grow. Done that several times over the years.

@hotrodharley and @NinjaMaster Hey guys...old rock and roller here too. Lead guitar...had a Fender Telecaster (off white) and Bandmaster amp. We should start a band! lol

My tinnitis is from loud music and small puddle jumper airplanes. Specifically I blame a 1967 Who concert...they played kinda loud...
