Hey all so I noticed a slight mold beginning to grow? I am about to flip to larger pots and I'm thinking it's time while I can fix the issue, but how do I fix it? Is it humidity, what causes it? Also I notice a few tiny gnats flying around is this because of the mold? Or Not? Will neem/asmax get rid of this problem? Please help don't want anything to happen to them!!

let your soil dry out completely and you will solve both problems. Good air flow will help keep mold away perminatly. After completely drying out the soil watering with water mixed with hydrogen peroxide will kill the mold and fungus gnat larva that have survived. However if your using organic nutes it will kill the good bacteria in your soil as well.

If you are organic you can let the soil dry out an then cover it with an inch of sand or greensand if you want to add silica to your soil. after approx. 1 week remove the sand. Larvae and eggs will be dead by then. Definitely lower your RH to around 40%-50%.
