Slight Problem

Sup fellas/ladies. Got a little problem here. I'm 4-5 weeks into veg(got my clones at 6" and they were veg'd for a month before that). Anyhow. My problem is this. I have little holes/rips on the leaves. Mostly the new growth. I've searched and searched for bugs and the most I can find is an occasional fruit fly/normal fly. I drenched them today then sprayed heavy with neem. Got no insects in the soil or on the plant, yet there is still these little hole/rips forming. Could this be a nutrient issue? Or possibly growing too fast. Or a retarded plant(lots of leaves look wierd and have even amounts of fingers). I'm growing 2 afghani, a moby dick, a god bud, a maui wowie, and an oregon grape.

Attaching some pics. Any thoughts would be great. What do fruit flies and normal flies eat?

it could be solution dripping onto the leaves then the light magnifying it causes hot spots and burning away parts of the leaf

Did you pinch it and top it at one point? Thats what that looks like.

No. The top got eaten or sumthin. Then 2 side branchs and 2 other side branches popped up. What do flies and fruit flies do to plants?
