i recently placed germinated seeds into growing medium (4days ago). today i went to give some water and noticed that one of them had its roots in swirls, i thought that it was ok and its a sign of life (still green). not the case, the root/bulb was floating in the water and the seed casing was off. i dont know what i did wrong or how this couldve happened. little help. more importantly, is there any hope of salvaging life after this?
