FINALLY!! I got a new camera today and took some new bud pics but I was in a rush so I got a few sloppy pics. I'll have more and better quality pics tomorrow. Oh, and about 3 weeks till I harvest. I've been using a 100x magnifier to look at trichomes, and they are all still clear.

It is a little hot, about 85F, but the leaves have been like that for a long time and aren't dying. I think it might have something to do with me only using 10" pots. I think they are a little to small to finish in so the roots get a little waterlogged when I feed them. Roots were filling the bottom of the pot about 5 weeks ago.

This new camera is the shit! It'll be much easier to track the progress of my grows now. Enjoy the pix.

U should try to bonsai the root ball if ur gonna be flowering in a smaller pot.
and what have u been using for co2 to help with the higher temps?

I just finished a Harvest. My temps were about 85 also. My harvest was a nice one.
Looks kind of like they are drooping from to much water, not enough oxygen in roots. IMO

Either that, or they are tired on all that LOUD Music being blasted at them from that AMP. lol

Spittn, I haven't used anything for co2. I know about the DIY co2 in a bottle deal, just never got around to trying it out. I used 10" pots this time just to see how it would work out, and I found that they aren't big enough. I used 14" pots before and they were bigger than what I needed. I think next grow I'll start flowering by transplanting to 12" pots.
And how exactly do I "bonsai" the rootball? I'm not familiar with how to do that.

Chabnock, I agree with you on the droopage problem. Thanks for the advice. I've actually heard that plants like music and bass?

bonsai rootball:
when u trim 1/2 inch off of each side of the rootball, and replant the rootball in new medium. this is usually done right after taking clones, but ive done it proobably 2 or 3 tines thru my last grow and everything was fine, just make sure u dont water for a week or so..

results are that you can keep a much larger plant in a much smaller container..dollar used for size reference.

but on second thought, ur halfway thru flowering, at this point it would only help if u were gonna reveg and keep one as a mother...

Yeah, I won't do it now, but I will definately be using that technique from now on. Thanks alot for the help. :blsmoke: :blsmoke:

Everythings still goin good, and I've noticed the trichomes are really starting to show now. Got a few pics of some buds on lower branches and a top cola, they are looking very tasty!

It's getting close to harvest time now! I've been looking at trichomes with my magnifier and they are mostly clear/cloudy with a few amber. I'm gonna give it another week or 2 and it should be ready. I've been watering with a VERY small amount of plain water since my plants are rootbound. The yellowing/browing from overwatering has pretty much stopped, took me awhile to get it to stop though. Watering rootbound plants is not easy because overwatering is hard to avoid. Bigger final pots for sure next grow. Got a few bud shots about an hour ago. :blsmoke: :blsmoke:

Hey muu
Looking good.
Looking at the pics.
The plants appear to be mainly sativa.

You know some sativa's can take 13-20 weeks to reach flower maturity.
Seems like you said you were going to chop in a week or two.

You may want to hold up for a few more weeks if you can.

According to Nirvana's site they are 8-9 week indicas. The leaves used to be really fat, but they've started curling and appearing smaller since they became rootbound. Thanks for the advice though, I'm watching the trichomes with a 100x magnifier so if its not ready in 2 weeks, I'm not harvesting.

I have had the same experience with the retarded plant. But now I believe I have 2 healthy at 11 days since sprouts and man are they growing fast. Two different strains but looking good and smelling sweet.

In another setup though, have had some strange results. All 3 of these plants were potted same time... thought I killed the small one by pulling it out of the pot (no roots left - just the bottom of the white stem).
Then decided to experiment and put it back in.

These are about 2 months old, 1 month ago in the photos.

All are under fluoro's before flowering.

I'm flowering the bottom 3 next week. They are about 2 feet tall except for shorty which is about a foot now.

Closer to the fluoros the better apparently.
