Slow buds growth !! Please help

So it has been 5 weeks into flowering but all i can see on the plant is small popcorn buds everywhere . The other problem is the trichomes aren’t visible for bare eyes , i could only see them through 30x scope.

I’m growing her by DWC
Ph 5.8-6.2
Ppm 1400
50-60% RH
No light leak

So what could possibly go wrong or do i need more time for her to dense up.

Some strains just suck. I throw away many more than I keep. Your light looks a little wimpy too and a lot of that light is escaping.

You just don't have enough light what is that thing 100 actual watts?

Yeah i think it has a lot to do with the seed . I really don’t think the breeder is reliable.

It is 800W but i think its actual power is only 240W

If that is the one with the COB's it seems to close to the top

They are cobs , it is super close but i can’t move the light any higher.
