Slow finish or am I missing something?

Botrytis is no joke. My big ass cola was full of mold. Oh well, you live and you learn. Will be uploading some pics in a while. I lost at least 8 oz.

Do i have a bad strain that will take 15-20 weeks to finish, or something else? Its been 6 weeks flowering, and i dont mind counting the flowering weeks cause im tired of not seeing buds,i may have light leak the past 4 weeks so now im considering my plant is just flowering(now without light leak)for 2 weeks.

the leaves just keep growing and the supposedly bud sites are not having actual buds, just new leaf growth all over, but every new leaf growth has pistils too, what is happening?

pistils growing every node of the plant so definitely its a female (not sure if it will turn to be hermie later on, i wish it wont)

It depend on the strain as to how long it takes to finish. I have some that finishes in 64 days from seed and then i have some that takes 140 days from seed. I would say you have about 20 to 30 days left.

Im happy to hear that bamboofarmer, its 2ft tall. Is it normal for sativas to flower slowly? I cant see bud formation yet,
Only new pistils every node, is that normal?

And also on top of the colas,i still cant see buds (crown), new leaves are still growing. When will it stop and start bud formation?

And my plant is on a 1 gallon container, i have no plans transplanting it cause my grow space is not enough. And i also want small plant,just for my personal use and experience the art of growing. Hehe. I dont mind getting small yields as long as i can harvest some buds on her. Is that possible?

Yes man, i already fixed it, the leaks are at the door and exhaust fan, ive changed my door and put some flaps at the exhaust and i also put a blanket covering the whole thing. And to make it sure i placed some blinds at my window and another curtain.

Hahaha so what now sir mike4c4? Is that enough? Haha. Im just worried man, how long will it start the flowering again? Next week? Next month? Or maybe never? What do u think sir,its already 6 days of no light leaks.

It seems to me that if a marijuana plant begins flowering around the 12/12 mark, that keeping the photo-period right at 12/12 would keep the plant right at the threshold of re-vegging. Perhaps that would explain why light leaks are such a problem for indoor growers? I know some people like to grow 11/13 or whatever, but why not diminish the light schedule by a couple of minutes a day, that way, the plant can slowly and steadily build up the hormones or whatever that are required for flowering and finishing.

Nothing wrong with that I run 10.5 on 13.5 off it will speed up flowering but you will have slightly less yield. I would just change the light all at once. You simulate fall this way. I have a friend that runs 12 12 and he wont listen to me, he always has seeds. I don't think I've had a seed in five years.

14hr dark and 10 hr light. It makes transition to flower faster. It takes 1 week instead of 2 to 3 to see some white hares.

Lots do 14 dark and say it works great, never heard of anyone switching back though.

Its a sativa dom plant, yup you got a long wait lol. But that wait may rewarding. I also think there is a bit of an issue re: the extremely shiny leaves. No expert but you may want to google that :o.

Gotta love the wonderful mystery of when will my bag seed flower lol. As for the 55 days, good guess lol. Start up a lottery thread, "when will this finish" thing! Nice looking plant btw.

You should start seeing multiple pistils and a crowns within another week. I don't know a whole lot about growing, but if you want to grow small plants and get buds sooner, why not try the 12/12 from seed method?

Because an extra two weeks will give twice as much lol. Well should have said IME, perhaps I did something wrong but dont think so lol. Height can be controlled by training if needed. Two-three weeks veg works really well for me in my room.
