Slow Flowering? Northern Lights (pics)

ok i expected things to take a little longer than most of what you guys expect as im using only 200w lights.but its been over 3 weeks since swapping to 12/12 and its only got to this stage... whats happening....

















any advice for the slow flowering would be of great help..

200 actual watts or the incandecent equivalent?

the light above the little plants isn't the same.. just so you know.. using 2 pet type lights with 2x100w bulbs.. on the main plant

are the bulbs incandescent or cfl's?

doesnt look like they are reacting good to your lights bro. some one will be able to help you out. good luck

Incandecents are the wrong type of bulb to grow with buddy! Read up on the grow faq top left...

i know ive just read up and remembered i was suppose to change the bulbs. too much smokin i guess lol..

cheers for heads up... ill post pics a few weeks after the new bulbs have been installed..

Actually that is amazing that your plants did that well with incandescents.....hhhmmm......I guess it really does depend on the spectrum and lumens rather than the bulb. Besides your hard work. Go for it dude! I want to see you flower with those! No worries! If you have gone this far then why not all the way!

Although it looks like you have fluorescents on the seedlings......are you sure they are incandescent bulbs instead of fluorescent?

you need to get some stronger lights,and you need to get a fan if you dont have one looks healthy....but it looks kinda feeble...ii iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

the main stem is about the same size as a wine gum.

they are just like normal bulbs that you would get from a pet shop etc.. its not the tube like the one above the seedings.

ive ordered a HPS 400w Lamp, more than i wanted to spend but reading up on it it will more than pay for itself in the difference i guess...

i do have a fan on the plants but is out of the camera shot.

the actual hight on the plant is upto my shoulders nearly which id say was pretty good i guess.

new lamp should be hear at the end of the week so will let u know how i get on..
