Slow grow

Hey guys I have two seedlings in a small pot of Miracle Grow in a PC GRow Box with 4 6500k CFLS and they look healthy but are taking so long to grow.I mean the light is so bright its blinding so it cant be the light thats slowing.Have any of you guys got some advice for me on how to speed up my grow it will be appreciated thanks

The lights are about 12 inches away from the seedlings

CFL's should be much closer. Move your lights to about 2-3 inches from the tops of your plants, you'll see a big difference in growth rates. More info would help also, pot size, watering schedule, etc.
