First I would flush with 25-30 gallons of clear mountain spring water collected by virgins. Next I would completely defoliate the plant except for the cotyledons. If the stem remains purple I would either wrap it in a color more to my liking or adjust the pH to 1.5 to 3.5 ( the same as stomach acid ) and that will solve everything...........OR
Leave it alone, it is a week old seedling not a plant and is still developing. In addition it is common for some strains to exhibit a purple coloring on the stem, my Afghan Kush was deep purple from start to finish. Diagnosing a seedling with nutrient deficiencies at this stage is just silly.
