Slow growing clones and yellowing new growth, please help.

Probably get it in Eugene or Bay area on my travels now that I know what its called. All the shops here order from the same suppliers. And this year were really pushing fox farms new cultivation nation line and Max-sea. Karanja was everything it was advertised as. And thankfully no smell as spray drift always gets ya. Since hemp went big, every year it seems pest pressure is worse and a new season long pest every season. At least for full term plants. Having as many different answers to find what will really works, that week for that pest is important. Especially in flower.
