Slow growth and twisted leaves

Hi guys, need some help!

The plant is about 4 weeks old since sprout and it hasnt grown much, top leaves are starting to turn very light green color and bottom leaves are starting to twist.
I've also noticed that the soil takes about 3 days to dry out. Isnt that a little too long? The pot have some good holes in it and the soil is super "airy".

What do you think is the problem with her?

Indoor Grow
Strain: Amnesia Kush
Humudity: 50-65%
Temperature: around 74º
not sure what kind of light i'm using some 100W LED I think. 12 in away
PH water: 6.2
Regular inert 50/50 soil to perlite

Been feeding half of the amount of nutes that the fabricant recommends and watering interpersed plain water. Don't want to overfert it.

Looks about 2 weeks old to me. Looks fine, sometimes the leaves seem wrinkled or twisty because of the growth rate speeding up. Should go back to normal around week 4 and start growing at a rapid pace. You also might want to transplant to 3g about week 4 so it has room to spread its legs

Well, thats the problem... It's already in week 4, it's growing super slowly. What do you think could help it grow a bit faster?

What cheap light are you running? Might need to lower the light if it’s only a 100w. Also, what size space are you running? What’s the power draw at the wall from the light?

Borrowed the light from a friend, I think its a full spectrum 50w or 100w LED kind of light. lol
lower than 12 inches? My space is 24in x 24in x 60in. Its a 220v powerdraw.

I'm gonna try to feed them a lil bit more nutes. I feel like they grow bigger when I feed them nutrients

Don’t feed more nutez. The plant is fine. You need a better light. That light may be pulling 20-30w from the wall. You’ll be lucky if you yield 1zip from that light. Spend $80 on a sun system 150w hps. I used one for one grow and got 3 ounces 7grams. I upgraded to a 600w Vivosun HPS and yielded 20 ounces. Never going to switch to LED unless it’s a really expensive board. You’ll have to just live with the light you have until you upgrade to a known brand that is good. Give it time. The plant is still young!
