Slow growth ! Hybrid strains

Hi all
I have been having trouble with a strain !
it has been stressed early from cutting as I thought it would be ok on 24 hour veg and it clearly didn’t like it . So I flushed after about 10 days and put on 18 hour and it sprang in to action . Come around 10 inch i pinched then out as normal. It has been 8 days since and extremely slow not looking to produce new tops etc . They are not bright shinny green fan leaves and some curling . Another factor is that after around13 hours of light they droop dramatically . I know this is normal about an hour before lights go out but not this many hours . I have grown this same strain before and had no problems . From cutting it was n flower in 2.5 weeks . This time I’ve had the same strain on same food for a month . Iv started to use alga mic foliar . Do I need to up the feed use cal mag and silicon with a and b and root starter . Iam in 60/40 . Temps and humidity are near on perfect. .. it’s a complete mystery . Wen lights come on they look ok ish for about 13 hours then seem to run out of guys iv never seen this in many year’s . Then they look awful ?

What lighting are you using and how far away from the plants is it?
It sounds like it could be light photoinhibition. Too much light. The plants have had their fill of light after 13 hrs and droop.
Ì would raise the lights and observe the plants over a couple of days to see if the droop stops.
Ì use ~ 400 ppfd over a 24 hr period in veg. ~ 800 ppfd for flowering

Thanks for reply . I was thinking that I have lifted hoods away now to try relieve the stress . I also shaved a hour off the light time . there 600 dual spectrum in air cooled hoods . Really deceiving as they almost look overwatered but can’t be possible as they ok til 13 hours or so . I was tempted to just flip em in to flower so they only have 12 hours to deal with . But iam not a fan of putting stressed plants in to the buisness stage .
