Slow plant growth?!?!

My plants are about 3 weeks old and only starting there 3 node... im growing Master kush femed, under a 400w MH for veg. Is this slow growth or is it fairly normal?

Those look perfectly healthy to me.
on a side note, how far away is your light?

IMO i would say its slow growth but hey the best always take the longest. But im not familiar with master kush so it could be normal for the strain.

the light is about 24 in away

You aren't keeping the soil moist all the time are you? Soil needs to dry out a lot before watering it again.

ok i moved the light 20in away from plants and yes i let the soil dry a little befor watering

They look OK to me, no obvious signs of deficiency.

I've had seedlings grow this slow on me, its normal. Shes perfectly fine, most of the time they hit a grow spurt and kinda surprise you. Make sure you've got a good temperature, humidity and air flow.
