Slow Progress??

So i have these seeds and i made sure their germinated before being stuffed into rockwools. Its been 2 weeks since i planted them and this how they look like:

But the thing is, i check on them everyday, and the past 3-4 days it seems as though their growth has come to a halt because their first 2 set of true leaves have stayed to same size. So anyone know if this is normal growth or is it a bit slow for 2 week old babies. I hope their not stunted, cuz I have them under 34w cfl tube least 2 inches above them. Their temp is roughly 28 degrees or up and humid should be up their too cuz their dome is condensed with water on the side. Water is sufficient and not overwatered. They look healthy but am i doing anything wrong here due to their slow growth. Experienced opinions please! Thank you...

they should be this size at 1 day old,not 14 . I think u got to get them out of this humidity dome . no good for seedlings that have sprouted and are growing, they need more air .

If you have been growing those for 2 weeks YES it is growing slower then usual. This is my cali bud at day 14Bagseed In Pc Box Day 14 (12-16-2010).jpg. This was not even in optimal conditions. With very little lighting.. So I can't tell you exactly whats wrong but your plants are not growing 100%... Hope you figure it out.

Ok so i took them out of the humidity dome..and this morning they are all drooping, almost like dying now.

Did you start with clones or seeds? And did you leave them in a humid dome?

take the dome off-put a fan on them-trim them up to remove all dead stuff and add superthrive!!!

You mentioned the temps were 28°
If thats the same as 82° Fahrenheit then that a bit to warm, you want about 76° Fahrenheit
And is this true for all stages thereafter? so im assuming i stressed them out with an extra few degrees.. ok i will lower it down and see what happens.

by the way, im ordering some fresh clones that havnt rooted yet..should i stick them in a humid dome at your recommended temperature? or leave it at a higher degree until baby roots have developed?

Both excess heat and cold with slow growth.. Anything below 60F with stop photosynthesis until conditions are better but the plant will resume to normal growth soon as conditions and temps are right. Anything below 40F will stop photosynthesis and may take from 24 hrs to a few days to resume growth.. Photosynthesis also stops after exceeding 85F. A good temp throughout entire grow is 77-78F.

I believe i figured out my problem, and that is my temperature being a few degrees over normal. and i tested the seedlings with dome on and off twice..and the results is..both times with the humid dome off they quickly bent and almost died, so after i left back on, they went healthy again. So i guess humid dome needs to stay on only til they reach veg mode.

Your welcome, and yes, if temps are kept in check you will have a much better grow.
Here's something else, If you can monitor and keep the root system temps within 10° of the canopy there will be shorter spacing between nodes. That means more buds and less height.
Once they get established try for 80° at the canopy and 70° in the soil. pH your water to 6.5 and your good to go.

Right now your girls are very fragile. What I would consider is to get some wire, like a twist tie, stick it in the medium and make a hook on the top to support the little stalks. This will help stop them from dampening off. Once the roots are established, like the second set of leaves, you can remove them.
