Slow recovery? Right solution

Hey guys,

So we have been vegging in 5 gal smart pots in coco for about 5 weeks. We have had some unforeseen things happen unfortunately that has restricted the plants growth. We have had dehumidifeir issues allowing for humidity to sit between 75-85. Also we have had water siting in the saucers for days with out any drainage. Our plants took a turn downhill and started showing many deficiencies. Overwatering and no proper drainage is where I think the problem started. It's been about a week and the room environment is in check now, 75-80 temps, 55-60 humidity 1500ppm C02 about to flip and they still are not looking ready. We are vegging under flowering red spectrum double ended bulbs at 600w output. I don't think the red spectrum is helping either. A lot of the new stems at the top are purpling, leaves look slightly droopy. We hit them with some epsom salt in feed in addition to their cal-mag feed.

By looking these leafs, can anyone identify the quickest solution to get these girls back on track?

Watch new growth. Get a couple 4 foot t5 with 6500k bulbs or my favorite, 10,000k+uva.

Can you get humidity a little lower? In the 40% range is good.

Okay will keep an eye on new growth. Even with say 3 days left to flip can we still run the t5's, and for how long into flower? And why in the 40% range as opposed to 55%?

Some other growers on here run in that range and I have gas heat so in the winter its that low anyways. You don't have to but you will see a difference. Definitely helps keep pm away.

Yes you can run the t5 all the way through. I run mixed spectrum and the smoke is better. The blue will help them frost up and UV will make them a little more potent. The UV also helps prevent pm.

The cheap 6500k bulbs will work though.

Are your pots sitting on cold concrete floor?

I agree with running blue through flower, better spectrum better product. Maybe we can swap out some of the double ended and run t5s. I will bring humidity down and see if that does anything. The concrete floor is probably around 70 degrees, why do you ask?

If it is a basement floor put something thick enough under them to insulate from the floor. You would be surprised how cold they get. I was having all kinds of problems some similar to yours. My pots were on cold concrete floor. I put inch and half thick scrap pieces of insulated panels under the pots and they cleared up.
